Event Logistics & Rates

Affiliations don't disqualify you — they just tell us which shows you shouldn't be paneled on.

Includes dancing, coaching, choreographing, alumni status, or sitting on a board.

$per competition

Travel and lodging are covered separately by the competition.

$per session

What you'd charge to teach a Sunday workshop.

Please do

  • Head-and-shoulders crop, square or vertical, facing the camera
  • Face clearly visible and evenly lit — no heavy shadows
  • Plain or uncluttered background
  • Taken within the last two years, and it's just you in the frame

Please avoid

  • Group shots, cropped-out friends, or performance action shots
  • Sunglasses, hats, or heavy filters that obscure your face
  • Team, studio, or competition logos and watermarks
  • Screenshots or low-resolution social media re-saves

Your headshot is shared with NDDL and partner competitions reviewing judges for the season, and may be used in event promo if you're booked.
